Post office phone recycling

The N95s are probably a lot more useful as they aren't so heavily reliant on networks supporting them - e.g. if these things go abroad.

There are loads of people with N95's, and loads of people with Insurance against being a spiv and dropping there N95. It's cheaper for an insurer to refurb a second hand phone and send that out as a replacement ;)

I just sold my N95 to Mazuma mobile for £90, shame this site wasn't about a few weeks ago... Still very happy with the amount I got though...

It is a very good way of getting rid of old phones... No hassle whatsoever...

ha it just shows it pays to be a lazy bugger, i'm now £12 richer then you :p

should i chuck the rest of my n95 stuff away?

I'm not sure where you're looking but completed listings for used but in good condition handsets are going for £60+, one new one went for over £100. Obviously I can't link to the listings but they consistently sell for more money than the recycling sites offer. It depends on whether you can be bothered to deal with the potential hassle though obviously.

Has anyone actually used this site? Looking at sending them my Samsung Soul when I'm done with it, just wanted to know how long they take to pay and if anyone's had any issues. :)

obviously no demand for them though

and im sure all these recycle phone places send and sell them in other countries. blackberry probably arent popular there with there 100% english keyboard

theyre offering £64 for my 6220 classic. wahooo

Think they would still sell them if they could and think people still buy them anyway because they're going to be cheaper than buying a new one. Good that you can get some cash back for old mobiles though for us.

I used this site and Royal Mail stole my N95 8Gb from me.

I handed a Royal Mail appointed official my phone to be forwarded to a Royal Mail service, ie a completely internal process, and never saw it again.

Worrying...! Did you not get any compensation AT ALL? Did you kick up a suitable fuss?
