Ok I am still going through this thread and updating as often as I can unfortunately I am working over the christmas period and i have been very busy.

But what I will be doing is updating all tables and hopefully adding more details in the tables. People can we also try to keep the discussion stuff for other threads as it is a mess at the moment and making my life harder. I really want this thread to be a one stop shop for the "What will my system get" threads that are a dime a dozen on these boards.

Expect major update at the start of the new year. including all links for the top ten people on each table.
 
Ok people after many failed attempts to get the tables updated I am now well on my way doing it. As you can hopefully understand this is taking me a long time to do, so please still be patient.

I will be posting interim results during the week until I hopefully have the final table up and running.
 
Hi just an update from me at the moment i am still adding the links to my nice new table and it is taking me forever given that i have other more time consuming projects on at the moment I am about half way through this thread and have noticed a lot of people not providing links. Hopefully given that I have some time off over the weekend I will make the effort to upload the latest versions of the tables. I may have to now include an SLi specific table not sure if others in this thread would like that let me know.

These are just a few samples at the moment but it gives you an idea of what the tables will look like. I have managed to get a few more pages done so hopefully I may have it up by the end of Friday. So watch this space.

Also Thanks to all the people who have submited results and may the best Overclocker win. Have to say I am mighty impressed with some of the results I have seen. If you think there is something missing from this please let me know.
 
So I have finally done it the tables are all up to date and I have filtered out all the dead links. I have noticed in a lot of the later posts there are no valid links so please can those people add them so as to be included on the tables.

My plan is to try and keep this up to date now that I have the tables created. There is probably going to be a weekly update rather than a daily update but I will try and update it more often than I have in the past.

Also I noticed that someone had linked to one of my old scores that I had posted and this will not be tolerated. Any one doing this again will have their scores removed from the tables

Unfortunately the hard drive that I had the tables on has corrupted itself on me so I am currently trying to recover as much info from it as I can.

Why didn't I back it up. Silly me. Anyway once I hopefully recover the info the tables will be updated asap.
 
As I said once I have recovered the tables I will be adding a special SLI table. As futuremark is not able to determine which machines use SLI it would help if people could mention if they are using SLI or not.

And again I need links if you want to go onto the tables.
 
well people it looks like i am going to have to start again witht he tables it looks like the hdd that failed has completely screwed the data up and it keeps coming out as junk. so back to the drawing board. Time permitting I may be able to get this back up and up to date by the end of the weekend.

Sorry for any delays this may cause.
 
ok so finally updated the tables. Managed to recover the data in tack and so saved me a lot of time. Again I am noticing people forgetting the links again.

Also Some of you that have included scores for both the old gen and next gen cards I have only included you on the highest score so as to give other people a chance to show us what they have got.

Note: Duff-man can you let me know if your score was with a single 6800 card or is it in SLI mode.
 
Ok another update added. Seems that the Next gen 2001 table hasn't changed for a while also i need more scores for the 2005 table from the old gen lot and it is a great time to get noticed by your fellow benchmarkers.

I myself am waiting for a few new parts and aim to be hitting the high 26K shortly.

Again can people please provide links so I can add you to the tables.

Also as I stated earlier only your highest score will be included in the tables This is so it gives those who haven't upgraded a chance to get onto the leader boards.
 
So been a while for this thread and i have finally got round to updating the results. As i mentioned on the first post I will be now actively updating the results on a daily basis. This is in an effort to make my life easier.

So hopefully lots of you have new results to share and the friendly competition can continue.

I should shortly be finishing my main machine so new benchies to posted by me in the next week or so.

Noticed the mistake once i had done it but didn't bother altering it until this latest update.

I have noticed not many people submitting old gen links any more. I'm guessing that most people have probably upgraded to the next gen cards.

Also can people please give me links so i can submit you into the tables. As you can probably guess I have had to go through each link and check it to make sure that it is correct and enter it into my main tables. It is frustrating that there are potential results that aren't making it because you haven't submitted a valid link.

Now on a lighter note. I wonder who will be the first to submit a 7800 GTX SLI result tomorrow. :D
 
Now that the 7800GTX's are out I guess it is only a matter of time before we get some uber high scores. Given that these are considered the next gen cards I may have to include them in their own table if they just dominate the rest of the current next gen cards. As well as making an SLI only table. If people agree with this then expect a revision of the tables over the next day or so.
 
so its been a few days and no posts yet for the new 7800gtx's.

Would be nice to start including them in the tables and seeing how much better they are than the current crop of cards.

you only see your name in the tables once i have links that i can validate via orb.

Update to top 10 table tomorrow. I will also post the full tables for all scores so that those lower in the table can see their names in glory including me. :D
