I understand why supercar owners do that, but I cant help thinking that there's a bigger risk of some jealous passer by keying his car as a punishment for poor parking.

That's my thinking behind it too. Which is why I don't think I'd ever park like that no matter what car as I wouldn't be surprised if someone rolled a trolley into it etc

I find parking further away from the store normally suffices to protect your car. It's normally empty.

Some young wealthy guy across the road from me usually has a white audi R8 outside, but today there's this which I'm assuming belongs to him. Is it a noteworthy merc? Looks pretty cool.

Also took these pics today, no idea what model of Ferrari it is.

That looks like it's on Halfords wheels. Maybe a fake Ferarri?

Having seen the driver that emerged from the ferrari, I wouldn't be surprised if it's on Halfords wheels.

Ah, good detective work guys. So it's a Ferrari 456GT. Why is road tax so much more for it? just because of higher fuel emissions?

The 456 does look dodgy, guess the wheels have just made it look quite ropey.

What do you mean? £270 is just the highest tax bracket that a lot of us on here unfortunately have to pay for pre 2006 cars.

I saw the C63 wheels, glanced at the shape and thought C63

Oh well, they need to better make these cars that look different between models from certain angles

Don't get me started on BMW/Audi!
