OMG I've loved pretty much every Cosworth... The Escort whilst probably fairly primitive by todays standards is still so.... dramatic.

Deserves its place in history and the increasing price tag that goes with it and it's rarity.

Your average hot hatch can outrun a lot of old supercars now, capability isn't everything.

I spotted this E39 M5 in Monaco a few days ago. Both the exterior and interior were absolutely mint: it's probably the best example I've ever seen. Just goes to show how good old cars can look if you're willing to throw vast amounts of money at them.

Went with a friend to pick up a new to them Caterham today, the dealer had a good selection including this. Loved how the interior used some parts from an E46.

At Brands yesterday (before I realised I'd forgotten to charge my DSLR - so no more pictures of the multitudes of nice cars in the paddock and along the straight), Il Mostro. Never seen one in the flesh before and it was immaculate. Owner happened to come back as I was being nosy but thankfully was an affable chap.

Also, this Cerbera, probably my favourite TVR

parking a car 101. Note to driver - whoever you may be - D minus, must try harder, preferably after a visit to specsavers.

Went for a drive in this on Monday. I drove it back to back with my 16 plate Focus ST and was expecting to feel a big difference but was alittle disappointed.

I was expecting it to push you into the seat much more than mine but really it felt only alittle bit quicker. There is a short straight between 2 roundabouts that in mine I got 90mph but his was 110mph. Although his does not feel that much quicker the speedo says otherwise and actually its quite a bit faster obviously. I didnt push it around the corners like I do in mine but he did and he scared me alittle when entering the corner much faster than I felt was safe but going round no problem. Over all abit of a beast but personally would prefer something alittle newer as I feel its showing its age abit now.

The windscreen area is usually a good sign, A pillar etc but this looks quite custom compared to an MX-5. Looked like they were working on another one in the garage but didn't like me peering in so didn't notice what it was.

Headlights are deffo MK2 MX5 though.
