Seen two questionable things the last couple of days:
Yesterday I saw what appeared to be a tanker with aviation fuel (possibly) in it with trade plates driving along - any reason why this would be so, it looked pretty new. Can't believe people take these things for test drives. Making a delivery perhaps?
Also saw a guy on a scooter on the M3. Happy to be proved wrong but I thought bikes had to be over certain power to go on motorways.
