Post Your Daily Encounter Pics Here

It's a 240z...maybe. The naming corresponds to engine size. The 240 being a 2.4l, the 260 a 2.6l and...that's right, the 280 a 2.8l.
Running the plate it's registered as a 2.49l which would make sense for a slightly bored out 2.4.

Still one of the best looking cars ever though. The interior still looks quite "modern" on them too I think. It's not as boxy as most cars from that era.

Cheating a little as it was a local meet but some very nice cars!

Utterly gorgeous.

Same here. Apart from the usual illegal black numberplates. For some reason a common trope with late 80's/early 90's German classics.

The giant steel smoothies on that truck look horriffic as well!

3000GT looking sweet, and that lower spec Escort in green with the fade stripe looks lovely too.

Yep, agreed. The wheels on that truck are absurd. I don’t like the smoked indicators on the RS. The 3000GT looks very nice as well.

The beetle looks like it could potentially surprise people.

The 3000gt (its really a gto) was the best car there for sure but I might be slightly biased :D though I must admit the merc does have something about it! Yeah those truck wheels are marmite.

The beatle had a 2l engine and was reasonably race prepped irc
