I saw a Skyline GTR-35... Yes an actual R-35 Friday Morning!... Looked like a Nismo Z-350 at first... but on closer inspection I saw it was a Skyline!!...

didn't get me camera out in time as it went blasting up the Great Western Way from J16...

My Mission is to now find it again and get some photies!!! :cool:

Are you sure it wasnt just a Skyline R35 (Infiniti V/G35)?

Yep!... Said Skyline **R35 on the boot and it looked just like the publicity shots I've seen!!

Indeed, it looks good but not quite right, a bit too short for one.
The owner was gutted when I asked him how his MR2 drove, his younger brother had told me earlier what it was

Loads of little things that give it away, first thing I saw was the dash along with the vents behind the windows. Front bumper doesnt look quite right and the rear window.

Sorry to burst your bubble but it wasn't a R35 GT-R. Have it on very good authority (from someone who's email address ends in @nissan.co.uk) that there are no R35s in the country.

I know nothing about cars and even I knew that was an MR2 just glimpsing at the picture.
