It is a strange plate for a Dubai car though.
On a side note, is there any Veyron's actually registered in the UK? Every pic I see is from overseas, most of the time owned by some prince or sultan.

The veg van there probably means it runs on veggy oil rather then diesel.

Spotted some old Lotus today, looked like it was from the 60s and was in a very bright lime green paint, a quick wikipedia looks like it might be a Europa.
I presume these are pretty special, anybody got more info on them?
Another spot yesterday, it seems it isn't people in 318s wanting to have a car better than they have, saw a Merc CL badged as a Brabus T12 and thought "ooo", googled it when I got home and it's a Brabus model for the SL and a dvla check said it was 'just' a CL600. (which is sadder, him doing that or me going to all this effort?
)
