Actually it was moving quite slow, the shutter speed was 1/10th of a second so it makes it look much quicker

today at The Mall there was a Bentley Continental Flying Spur with a disabled badge showing!

there was also a GTR a few spaces down (not in disabled)

It just winds me up - if they want to park on pointless double yellows or in a car park without a ticket because they can afford the fine and are too rich to carry change, then fine, but the disabled spaces are there for a reason
