I'm guessing the 1st picture of the Triumph Herald was taken in Tasmania or New Zealand

The 2nd one, the Mercedes CLS looks like it's on a customised Australian Plate, it's also right hand drive.

The next 2 pictures, the Ford hotrod sort of thing, I don't know what that is exactly tbh I guess was taken on Hawai USA

...and the next one is a Ford F150 and I guess the USA again.

The last one, well I'm pretty sure whatever that is you could never walk into a dealership and buy it like that

...I guess it was taken in India or perhaps Pakistan, it looks like they are driving on the left, and I know they drive on the left in India (when they actually bother to obey the traffic laws at least).
