If your annual mileage isn't too high then I'd recommend them as they only last a little bit longer than 888/48's on the rear.
They are a nice compromise between 888/48 and a summer tyre such as Eagle F1 in terms of outright grip and ability to deal with standing water, though not very effective when the temps are <10 degrees.
On a hot sticky track they worked pretty well, not quite the same amount of grip as 888/48 due to larger tread blocks overheating/falling off slightly but for a casual track day driver good enough.
I run them with a set of Pirelli Snowsport/Sottozero on another set of wheels for Dec>March.
