Vaio Pocket 40GB version - probably going to be replaced in the nearish future as the battery life is nothing like it use to be and it crashes and misbehaves now.

And something I knocked up mainly from bits I had lying around, for days out at the beach etc.

Tripath Ta2024, some SPL car speakers I found at home, a small lead acid battery and some other bits and pieces.

Mulder do you find that the Fiio is helping with the sound? Or could you really do without it?

After more use I realised the triple.fi's just don't need it. I was using E2Cs, which really benefitted from the Fiio, but the fi's can be incredibly bassy and loud on their own.

err rather small pic but ive just bought the caffine ultra to go with my d2 and ultrasone hfi780s ,sounds amazing and getting better all the time
the caffine is supposed to wipe the floor with other cmoys its basically a lyrix amp in a tin , took about 12 days from my order to getting it and cost £58 robert only makes them for a limited time then its a long wait again:)

Also have my Creative Zen Vision M back in use, but this clip+ is fantastic, currently have it as a FLAC player, with my new ATH-ES7's and a Mint Tin CMOY (soon to be replaced when I have enough funds).

How are you guys finding these CMOY amps/Fiio E5 etc... I can imagine them being good if you want to use larger, more harder to drive headphones - but is there a big difference when using IEMs?

I find no improvement with IEMs, only increased volume, but that will just make you deaf. Infact I've found that I can even get away without an amp with these new ES7 and the clip+, it drives them pretty well. Although using the CMOY does give the low end a little bit more than without.

there is a definite increase in control and seperation over the ipod's default output with the triple fi 10s, some songs are unlistenably mushed from the ipod and sound TOTALLY different on the penguin
