I might be building a pc for a mate out of bits I have, going to buy a cheap MATX case from here. whats the cheapest postal service for me to send the finished PC off in, wihout being smashed up and any diead of costs, for something like a Kolink MATX case, and apologies if wrong forum area

Don't forget to either remove the GPU and maybe CPU heatsink, or stuff the inside of the case really well with foam or similar. If you do the latter, put a sticker over the power switch reminding your mate to unpack the stuffing!

I would be tempted to see if your mate wanted to meet up for some lunch etc and give it to him them rather than send it as chances are something will get broke

when i've shipped them you ;

Double box - pc is in case box and case box is in bigger box surrounded by padding or item boxes
Expanding packing foam- these are sealed units, break the tabs and they expand and hold the internals solid so GPUs dont break or snap board, cpu doesn't break socket or ram sticks come out .

even with the above, i've had PCs damaged and always insure them. PDP are good
