PostgreSQL data load

Hello, hopefully someone here will be able to help me out. I am running a web database which has a PostgreSQL backend.

I am looking for a free Windows app which will easily load a few thousand records to one of the PostgreSQL tables.

Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.

http://www.pgadmin.org/ might do what you want - it's the best free cross-platform administrator for pg that I know of.

If you're loading from a standard format like CSV, pg can do that natively.
