Have to send mine back and just wondering if a padded envelope* would be enough?
I can't find the original packaging and unsure how to secure it like how they advise to do.

I advise the opposite, wrap it in the cheapest way possible. They don't care one bit about getting it back, they just want to make sure you're not ripping them off.

I have to say, Logitech and their customer services is second to none. My Harmony remote (which must be about 2.5years old) stopped working recently due to a swollen battery. I just sent them a message with all the details and their 1st response was to set it aside until my new replacement arrived, simply requesting my address.

A couple of days later, a brand new retail package arrived and they just asked me to bin the old one. Easiest RMA I've ever had.

All I've usually had to send them is a photo of my old one in little bits :p

Maybe it's something to do with that thread that was around a few months ago, about the guy on the bay selling suspect RMA stuff?

They asked me to destroy my old mouse and post a pic.

So I drove over it with my car :D
