The postman shoved these goodies through my letterbox on Friday.

Hopefully, with the nice weather we're having, I'll get it screwed back together and maybe back and running before I disappear off to Bonneville. Famous last words, should know better by now etc etc.

All my pics are long-dead Rybo, so the old thread isn't worth dragging up. It's going in my Anglia:

I'm aiming for 100 ;)

Cam profile is good for 4500-8500rpm. I was going to go for the old Cosworth A6 grind, but it's a bit peaky and 9000rpm might be a bit much to ask from a 3-bearing cast crank. Assuming the head can let enough air in, and it'll be wearing twin Webers and a big 4-into-1 manifold, I shouldn't be too far off that. Hopefully :D

I could get 100hp out of it with something like the Kent 244 or 254 cam, maybe more, but I didn't want to use a modern grind. I'm looking for that 'old engine' sound that you can only get with loads of duration and lots of overlap, but the older grinds never made as big numbers as the new ones do.
