potential move AMD - NVIDIA

The 3.0 PhysX engine uses SSE. This will allow it to use more than 1 core on the CPU and this should allow AMD GPU owners to run PhysX without issue (CPU dependant of course).

ARMA 3 PhysX only runs off the CPU, this was confirmed on release of the Alpha.

Yeah 3.0 apparently works pretty well with i7's.
 
If the CPU implementation of PhysX can be used to run hardware accelerated PhysX at good frame rates with stock i5's/FX8's then I'd certainly be glad to see Nvidia PhysX used more.
