I might be speaking dog poo here but a similar thing happened to someone I know no long ago seemed they were sharing networks with other BT users or other devices kept appearing on there network and this helped?
He is right. Powerline adaptors are a very poor solution to a very common problem. It’s really not hard to run a single cable. Stick a Unifi In-wall on the end of that cable and you get two network connections and an AC access point.
And even the fastest powerlines are shockingly slow compared to a simple Cat 5e cable.
I messed around for years with bridged WiFi routers, then powerline adapters then hardwired powerline sockets and when I finally bit the bullet and put cables in, ALL my networking issues disappeared.
