Power cord - when i press not completely button i hear buzzing .

Either press the switch completely or leave it alone. What you are hearing is probably arching where the electricity is jumping the gap because you haven't used the switch as intended.

A switch either makes or breaks a circuit. It needs to be on or off. Electricity WILL jump the gap if you are holding the switch inbetween on and off.

By causing the electricity to arc across the circuit like that you are risking the power cord burning out.
