I've been experiencing no signal issues to the monitor, keyboard, and mouse after turning on PC.

When I turn on the PC all the fans spin and the light turns on for psu, gpu etc. However, my monitor has no signal and the lights don't flash on my keyboard to signal that it's on.

I've updated the mobo bios and the issue has still persisted. The only way I can get my computer to function properly is if I turn the PSU off and on via the switch on the back of it or reset the power via the wall switch.

Once everything is running the PC works perfectly fine, that is until I shut it down, then the power on start-up issue returns.

Here are my specs:

Intel Core i5-4690 3.5Ghz
Asus Z97-P
Asus Strix GTX 970
HyperX 8gb ram
Samsung 850 EVO 250gb SSD
WD Blue Caviar 1tb HD
SuperFlower Leadex Gold 650W Modular PSU

The computer is just over a week old and was built by OCUK. They haven't been entirely helpful so I am hoping users here can help me out.

Thanks for reading.

Nvm, PC will be sent in to be checked by OCUK. They suspect it's either a mobo or PSU issue.

Review seen on Newegg for the Asus Z97-P:

System will re-start all by itself. The only way to get the system to shut down completely is to either turn off the power supply, unplug the power supply or hold the power button down for a LONG time (the system at first shuts down but then powers up again with the power button held down - after the second start and stop with the power button held down it usually will stay off). Purchased a second power supply to make sure that wasn't the issue. It wasn't!!!
