Power Problems

Hi There
When i power my pc up it comes on the fans spin and then 5 seconds later it switches it`s self off,it then 1 second later automatically comes back on,boots up and loads windows and i have no more trouble with it
Any one got any ideas what is the problem?
My psu is a Akasa 450w and is about 18 months old
M/b Asrock 775i65g
e2180 o/c to 2.9 gig
2 gig of cheap ram
7800gs agp card

Hi Steve.

Have you tried changing the PSU? This seems to be the main failer componant on computer systems on the forums when this happenes.

Give it a shot and reseat all componants too.
