Power Question

Hi Guys,

I've got Corsair Builder Series CXM 430W running the following:

AMD 6300 & 4Ghz
8gb RAM
Radeon 7850 1gb

SSD
2x HD

Reason for post is that I just checked HWMonitor and the +12V says 11.5?!

Is the power supply too small?
 
I would check with a multimeter, I don't trust software readings for voltages.

Are you getting any stability issues or lock ups.
