Power supply enough?

do you peeps think its adequate for my rig below.....

I have been building systems for a while and the general performance seems quicker more responsive on the desktop of those systems i build for others than mine, and yet there specs are only basic core 2 duo systems, just wondering if i have enough juice so to speak, hope that makes sense lol.

Its fine mate, just dont make any hardcore upgrades ;D

depending on how many icons are on your desktop, amount of hard disk space used all adds up to slowing your computer down at least on a startup, in realtime performance theirs nothing to be worried about.
