I currently own an:
Thermaltake PurePower Blue LED 460W ATX2.0 Power Supply

When I load up NxSensor, I seem to be getting weird readings for my Rails on my PSU, as shown below:

I was wondering if there is any other programs out there, can read those rails, as all my other ones show everything else apart from those two and they're starting to worry me lol.

Motherboard Monitor should do it for you however the -12v and -5v line aren't used by many motherboards any more so the fact that they are below their rated values isn't normally any sort of problem. The + values are the ones that you need to pay attention to so I'd say you have nothing to worry about
