Power use?

How do I find out how much power is used by certain hardware only? Hardwre in sig, forget the GPU, I am getting a new low power use one GTX650-E-1GD5. I want to know if a 380 watt PSU, will handle my motherboard+CPU+that GPU?

I foget the details, but it is good quality, I found this case and like it, but they must not make it anymore NSK 2480 by Antec. I can not find the MB power usage.
