Powerball question

Which way round do you hold it? I always held it with the lcd against my palm, and the exposed spinning bit facing out, but noticed it seems more comfortable to hold the other way around, with the spinning bit (technical terms here ) almost touching my palm and the lcd facing out, or should it be sideways? i.e. hand wrapped round the rubber bit, (god that sounds dodgy out of context doesn't it? ) LCD facing up spinning bit down.

Hand round the rubber bit for me, but I suppose its personal preference and safety.

I hold mine lcd inward. Spinning bit inwards may catch your hand.

Far easier to hold with the ball facing inwards. Look at videos of akis or someone for how they do it.

I was sitting at my desk waiting for some random game to install and thought I'd have a powerball session unfortunatly the powerball slipped out of my hand and went straight through my monitor. I was first in shock then I cried for about an hour before remembering I had a spare in the garage

I use mine LCD towards my palm, I've tried other ways but it seems the most comfortable for me

edit: oh and I use lcd to palm or else i'd probably catch my skin.

Ok that's cool, so there'e not a wrong and right way to it at least, i'll try it a bit more both ways and see which is best. Also how do you get the things apart to clean the internals? I've removed the band and the two screws, but can't figure out what's holding it after that.
