I dug my old 250hz Powerball out a couple of days ago and have used it a few times. Was rubbish at first getting around 9k but am back upto 12100 max. Hopefully i should crack my old record of 13500.

Anyone want to get a small competition going?

I use it to warm up my tendons so I don't get RSI.

Not tried for record in a while but was maxing out at 10.5k.

I have one it's next to me right now actually at work, was showing some people at work it one time and never took it home, I think my max was 11,500 but it got reset. I'll see what I can do.

Keep powerballs away from me, I still have scars.
By the way, don't make it go really fast and put your nutsack in the moving part, it is NOT worth a fiver.

I maxed out at 13,700 ish but generally around 12k for a minute each wrist/arm.

I just loved the noise past 11k!

I use it regularly, supposedly it's good for the forearms - all I feel is pain after using it!

My counter broke not long after receiving the thing, still occasionally give the Powerball a go now and then, it makes a hell of a noise though.
Handed it to a friend whilst it was spinning... Powerball, floor, disaster.
