powercolor x1800xt availability

Gibbo says the crossfire mastercard X1800XT wont last long, as no more are coming in & they are selling them. Best get in as soon as possible if you want one is all i would say.

you checked the prices of 1900 at the moment mate 309 plus vat, i'm starting to regret buying my 1800 :(

Well you saved £100 by buying the x1800, if you sell your x1800 in six months your going to get about 200 quid for it probably, and the x1900 will be less than that then too no doubt, so your not losing out.

X1800 is a stonking card, im absolutely chuffed to bits with mine, even on a crappy intel setup.

wise words mate, tbh honest i'm hoping it'll last me well into 2007, but we'll see. I've not really found any new new games i like the sound of so at the moment it throwing everything around..next purchase is gonna be an X2 but i'm gonna hold off for as long as i can ;)

I just got rid of me HIS X1800XL with zalman cooler and ordered a Connect3d X1900XT for £358 all in. Considering I've seen X1800XTs going for about the same, I'd say thats a bargain. Whats the driver situation like with these cards? I heard the cats 6.1/6.2 are all thats available atm, and does ati tool work with them for overclocking?
Thanks.
