Anyway, a helmet indoors?
A helmet is needed more indoors. Plenty of tables and chairs and corners of walls to crack your head off should the worst happen and given that I've only spent a couple of days on them I thought it would be stupid not to.
I don't really bother with the helmet outside now though, at least not until I get to the stage where I will be jumping and stuff. I did a lot of falling the other day and didn't touch my head once, it was the wrists and elbows that took the brunt of it.
