Anyone recommend a decent pair of powerline adaptors? Preferably 500mb ones but won't break the bank.

Cheers

Yes for the price you cannot go wrong with the TP-link ones. I have a pair of 500mb Passthrough ones and have been using them for over a year now without any issues.

Another shout for TP-link had 1 die on me after 18 months, sent them an email on the Friday they replied with rma number, posted old one off on Monday, had a replacement by Friday.
They come with 3 year warranty.

I have the net gear av500 with pass through, but I'm getting really bad speeds upstairs it's a brand new house so wiring shouldn't be a problem. How ever I don't have the receipt anymore. I got them from pc world less then 2 years ago.. and my connection upstairs is fluctuating lowest so far is 534kbs but with ethernet I get 50mb... any ideas ?
