Powerline/Homeplug problem

Hi,

I've just bought a third homeplug adapter to add to my existing 2 which currently connect a HTPC in my lounge to a PC in my spare room which houses media. Currently, my HTPC gains internet access through the wireless signal from the PC in the spare room through connection sharing. As my wireless signal isn't great, I bought a third homeplug to connect the spare room PC to the router in our bedroom, this way I can get a quicker connection all round.

Now I've plugged him in and it's recognised on the existing homeplug network as it's shown up in the device list but I can't get an internet connection...? It's plugged directly into one of the LAN ports on the router. The new homeplug definitely works as I've swapped it for the one in the lounge and it's currently working fine. Am I missing something? Have tried just the original 2 homeplugs on their own to connect the PC and router but still not having any luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks :)

Hmm, this has somehow fixed itself. I asked Windows to try and diagnose and repair and amazingly it did. It said that DHCP was not properly configured for LAN I think. Thanks for your response though.
