hi guys, I decided in the end to get some powerline networking kits and connect each of the computers through those down the mains to the router. But, nothing has really changed. By this I mean, the LAN clients keep losing the connection to the router - it was bad enough on wireless! I definitely know though that it is ok via ethernet directly to the router as there is two laptops connected to it with no problems at all.
So wireless doesn't work, powerline doesn't work, what am I to do? The only thing I can think of is sending the powerline stuff back for a refund, and purchasing a new router that has a better wireless signal range than the one I have at present (bebox router).
