Can I get rid of my wireless router and use this instead, are they more reliable / faster and better for online gaming?

Has anyone got one? what do think of them? How does it work?

Yeh they sound good as the signal in my room ain't stable sometimes .... right im gonna buy one when i get paid will let you all know how it goes!
