Don't know the ins and outs of this story as I've only just seen it. However, if it turns out to be true then this is now getting bloody ridiculous!

Nodoubt the teacher in question might be praying not to bump in to their parents lol

RE teachers should be non religious. Fairly obvious a Muslim teacher will down play other religions, and vice versa when the teacher is Christian/Jew/other

I know 2 and they both are Christians but they are totally neutral when it comes to teaching.

If that happened to my kids in school then I'd be down there to sort them right out, with a strongly worded conversation with the headmaster and the teacher in question.

No. Most of my teachers have been religious and none has tried promoting theirs.

This muslim and religion stuff in our country is getting well out of hand, why should the children be forced to pray to whoever? Would love to be one of the parents a trip to the school to see the teacher would deff be on the cards!

Was just about to quote the same as you. I totally agree that this is a ridiculous thing for the teacher to have demanded, but I still find the quote by the racist alcoholic hilarious.

That's what I was thinking. Are they going to make the Muslim students partake of the Eucharist to show what goes on there? Actually, I'd love for them to do that just so we can see what the backlash from the Muslim 'community leaders' would be.
