Pre binned 7740x settings

I just received a pre-binned 7740x 5.2ghz, I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious but on the box is written 5.2, NO NT 5'4, 1.375. I get that 5.2 is the speed and 1.375 is the voltage but what is the middle line? Are there any other settings I should be aware of to achieve the stated speed, I'm using an Asus ROG-Strix x299-E gaming mobo.

it means if you disable HT (Hyper Threading), the chip can run at 5.4Ghz.
