Hi guys, I recently asked you all for advice on a pre-built pc and you all told me I should build my own, I was going to but then i started to worry, I would rather have a pre-built and learn from it before I attempt to build my own in the future.

I wanted your advice on this pc http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-213-OE I would be upgrading to the 7850 2 gig graphics card and wanted to know if the pc would play guild wars 2 and battlefield on max settings.

I look forward to hearing from you all and please dont kill me for not building my own :(

if you went intel cooler or something bcos they super easy to get your confidence up i reck you be fine
its just like lego, lego with lights
><

have you used a pc for a long time? you good at installing windows? or nup?

well i tried a system configurator build but that thing is lame

the one you linked to has the option to add a ssd, you could do that and send them a webnote begging them to install windows on that?
i think they would anyway but just to make sure^^

Why is it so bad if windows is installed on HDD?

much slower and noisy, and it only gets slower as time goes by
as its OEM windows and you dont want to reinstall, ssd the way to go, even a 60gb one

stay fast longer, quieter, cooler, worth it^^

Ok I looked at the video you gave me and watched it all, it does look pretty easy and im really considering building my own. If I order all the parts together will they arrive at the same time?

Thanks for linking me the video mate

No prob, glad to help.:)
Yes, if you order all your parts together, they willl arrive on the same day.
What is you maximum budget and do you have any components from an existing PC, you can reuse. Sata hdd/dvd, a decent Psu, an OS? If so, it frees up money to spend on better components.

I have nothing lol , Im going to say my budget is 800, do you think it's possible to build a pc that can run guildwars2/battlefield 3 on maxinum or am I just fooling myself?

What about stuff like monitors/keyboard/mouse/speakers, do you need them?
