Just remember to take your time, read all the manuals and follow all the installation guides. Your mobo manual will be an enormous help.
If there is anything you are not to sure about, just post up your query and someone will point you in the right direction.
In regards to an SSD, if you afford afford one, yes.

Yes mate, but don`t connect your hdd until after you have installed windows. Also, before you install, select ACHI in the Sata mode section box, found in Peripherals, in your Bios.

Difference between the temps are 10-15% if not more in some cases...
OC - SB gets better results.

as the new one runs faster and oc's well. 4.5 on ivy ghz is same as about 5ghz on SB

Well guys, My order has arrived I will be making a thread in a bit when I start the build for help advice and just to let you all know how I am getting on.
