The M&S chopped stuff worked really well, added in after softening the onions like fresh garlic.

KTC cubes did give a nice garlicky taste but much better suited to dropping into a sauce or gravy

Both good but the m&S stuff is closer to what I was looking for. Will use both though

no doubt this guy owns a dishwasher even though he could just do it himself...


also if your not using garlic on a regular basis it kinda makes sense... because itg's always there and available when you need it.
