That sounds like massive overkill rad-wise. You should be looking at roughly 120 of rad per component plus another 120 to give yourself some headroom.
4 GPU's and a cpu would probably need 2 triples tops or some combination of that raddage. 2 quads alone would be overkill, 4 (I believe) would be an epic waste of money unless you're planning on running them all with no fans.
