Prebuilt or custom build?

You could quite happily play games such as Crysis 2, BF3, MW2, etc are high to max settings depending on what res you plan to play at. The 7850 is a very capable card. :) The i3 is still a fantastic budget processor, albeit a dual core but it has hyperthreading which will really help.

I'm using a 720p 32inch TV. Will I be able to max out crysis 2 on this then? :O
 
Quite easily. You won't be playing at a high res, a 720p TV will be running at a resolution of circa 1280x720.
