Precision Radio Controlled Vehicle

Does anyone know where I'd be able to find a radio controlled vehicle that's designed for slow precision movements rather than speed/play?

Basically like a simplified bomb disposal robot.

I did look at rock crawlers, but they didn't seem to focus on precision movements.

Presumably there's a specific task to consider?

I want to stick a camera on it and be able to navigate a crawlspace. The precision has to be such that I can take reasonably clear photos of the walls and drive in a relatively straight line.

Doesn't have the range; a boroscope can go about a meter wherever you shove it, this needs to be able to traverse a crawlspace.

Does anyone have any experience buying from AliExpress?

They appear to have the chassis of what I'm after, but I get the impression from the specs that they are made for RC but have none of the wherewithal to actually make it work (as in, I'd have to get a separate RC receiver module and controller).

Thanks for the steer, do you have experience with building these? I have a bunch of questions and would really like someone I could bounce ideas off. Do you perhaps know a specialised forum for RC?
