There were some problems with version 1.0. They were recently recalled and new stock with a revised edition 1.1 should be back in the store shortly. I believe that they are now relisted to pre order. The revised version has addressed an issue with leaking o rings in some exceptional cases with v 1.0.

Wasn't that the CPU AIO?
 
I think on their webshop, you can add QDC and pre-fill option to the GPU block while checking out.

Quick question for EK rep here though, will there be a pre-filled version of radiators?
 
It is on EK's online store site. You go to the block you want to buy then it allows you to add the pre filled Quick disconnect option for a few more Euro's. I can see the option fine for the MSI GTX 980Ti in your sig. Only thing it is saying coming end of Feb 2016 for all blocks it seems.
