If you want to create an online account with them use the tracing service on the website, I had some old ones as well and want to open an online account so went the tracing route.
Should hopefully get something eventually that I can use to open an account with my old paper bonds added.

I can't remember the exact steps, but I had had same last year, 30 quids worth from when I was young on paper slips... was pretty easy if i recall though... I asume your bonds were from before it was digital/online, so you have to basically set up/register an account and then have the serial number of the bonds added. That's basically it.

Then you can either cash them out including any unclaimed prizes, or leave them and add to them.

There's a bit of back and forth with NS&I to get letters and prove ownership iirc. I had a bond number from the early 80s that I managed to migrate, but it took a month or so.

And £10 after 40 years won diddly. Booo!
