Hi Guys,

I been running my Intel X-25M for around 6 months now, the speeds has degraded a little, since I first installed windows 7 on it.

Is there anything I can do to get the speed back up before I reinstall windows?

Thanks

Dom

Are you running the latest firmware first of all and is TRIM enabled? If so I would try leaving your PC sitting at the Windows logon screen for a few hours or overnight to allow the SSD to do it's idle time garbage collection.

Also run Intel's SSD toolbox
The SDD optimisation in there forces a TRIM run, they suggest doing it once a week iirc.
It also checsk your W7 install is setup correctly and can fix anythign that isn't optimal (defrag, superfetch etc)
