Been with my gf for the last 8 months.

It was my bday recently and she got me lots of presents. It is her one coming up very soon and I am not sure what to get her.

Was thinking maybe a nice bag + some perfume
failing that what else can I get her? Shoes? That's what women like most right
handbags, shoes and perfume?

If I did get a bag does anyone have a good style in mind?
 
Leave buying things like that to your GF, you will get it WRONG!

Go for either dimonds, camera or mobile phone.

Or go into town with her, and see if you can work out what she likes the look of and get that when she aint with you
 
What age is she?

Go for something different.

Take her for a dry ski lesson or book a scuba tryout with a local club. Follow that with a good meal.

failing that i got the GF some green amber earings and necklace. went down a teat!

Bags, shoes etc all depend on her personal taste so if you know 100% what stuff she likes then go for it I guess. Jewelry or perfume is always a safe bet.

Does it have to be something you can wrap up? Maybe take her out for a nice meal or somewhere she wants to go. Or you can do something along those lines and still buy her something. If she likes something specific, buy her 100's of it. Things like that.

I know most women like to do stuff like going out rather than just have some presents they could go buy themselves if they needed it :)

will book a hotel for her and take here there too

not entirely sure about her taste in bags but I do know she is looking for a new mobile for 02 so will look around for that.

Any ideas of what Nokia phone on Pay as you go is a good phone for a woman?
 
Maybe (if you can afford it) say for her to pick out some clothes to buy for a nice meal where you come with her and pay, then go to the meal after, and then to the hotel.
 
What is your price range mate?

You could cook her a nice meal to impress her, as well as buying her a Pair of Ugg Boots, or an Ipod, and maybe even a Louis Vuitton bag

I have been with my woman a lot longer than you, and on her last birthday I took her for a meal at Resturaunt Gordon Ramsey, a fantastic meal and well worth the money, depends if she is a keeper or not? ;)
 
I was thinking something up to £100 quid mate but hotel separate.

ugg boots sounds good and will check out that bag range
meanwhile time to search for some perfume.....
 
Flights to some where in europe for a weekend? Gives you something to look forward to plus there are a few sales on for flights now..
 
As an idea, for Valentines last year I sorted some flights a couple of nights in a hotel in Tromso (Norway) to see the northern lights, it didn't cost as much as I'd expected in the end either and it's a pretty romantic thing to do (I'm informed - she liked it and our female friends tended to approve)
