Well, went downstairs to let the dogs outside and found the cat obsessing over something downstairs.

Found this hiding in a corner.

Will see if it's okay and let it go once I have both our cats in the house and locked away.

We keep putting bells on our cat and it keeps ripping them off whenever it can.

Also yeah, I managed to save it while the cat was in the "playing" phase.

One of my Neighbours cats has a bell on it's collar. Apart from me hearing it moving around during the night when the windows are open, the things become a nervous wreck as it is constantly being attacked by other cats who know exactly where it is at all times.

I wouldn't put a collar on a cat, they're far more likely to get stuck when they're out prowling.

They can also really hurt themselves if they get their rear leg stuck in the collar. Since they struggle to get out and panic

Owww! I would 'bell' my cat but she wont wear a collar and sod paying £3 a time when she decides to rip it off in disgust.

IMO cats are gonna catch small animals that go squeak or chirrup. Its in their nature to hunt. You own a cat, expect to have furry or feathery presents...

Just wait till it brings bats in - yeap my cat catches BATS!!!!

That is not something that you may want to admit too, some Bats in the UK probably have more legal rights than you do.

Nothing I can do about it - she wont wear a bell.

Both bats were released, unharmed, by the Bats Protection League and both representatives said its a pretty common occurrence and were very surprised that the bats in question were not mauled to death by my kitty :shrugs:
