pressure from fuel cap?

perfectly normal yes, in fact its quite bizarre that it wasnt happening before.

I was going to ask this, if your tank is more empty then usual you would get this. My car was never out of the red and it would always do this on topping up without fail, never a problem or cause for concern. Quite cool actualy

The supra does that, has quite a lot of pressure.

Its basic pressure vessel mechanics. Most cars will do this when they are close to empty.

My old mans Mondeo does this, my Clio doesn't though.

Happens on most cars I've filled up.

All the cars I can remember filling up did this to some extent, more if close to empty. No biggie.
