Its that time of year when the car gets dirty very quickly so I'm looking to get a pressure washer. I'm looking for something decent but if possible less than £200 (although I would spend more if needed).

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I've got the Nifisk C110, it's about £55 at the moment. That coupled with a snow foam lance + solution £50 ish.

-Where in Pembrokeshire are you? I live there too :)

I got a Nilfisk also.

Excellent customer care to, asked about a new 5M hose as one of the O rings had failed and before I even got an answer from them UPS were banging on my door the next day with a new hose.

That sounds like a bargain if it's good, where did you get it from ?

Ohh and I'm in Milford Haven...

Nilfisk C110 here, after 2x Karchers both suffered from cracked internals (Plastic), the Nilfisk was up for around £45 on Amazon so we snapped it up.

I'm still surprised at the cost of the Nilfisk C110, it seems so cheap.. how does it compare to the general pressure washer at a service station?? Generally I find the ones at a service station don't clean very well at all.. the pressure washer they use at the local "hand wash" is brilliant though, the wheels look like new within seconds..

Now ideally I'd like something on par with the one at the car cleaners, I had a look what they were using but couldn't see any model.

Uses a hoselock connection. I don't know if you get tubing with it from the wall to the pressure washer. I just use my 15M hose reel and whack the pressure washer on the end of it

Bought the snow lance and foam from cleanyourcar/cleanmycar whatever it's called.

I'm looking at buying this; apparently it comes with a foam applicator and bottle. Is that all I'd need to do the whole snow foam thing or would I need something else?

I used plain detergent in the C110's snow lance, and I was suprised how well the foam came out. If I'd used proper snow foam it would be thicker still. The power of the washer is pretty good, but I don't really think the patio washer is that good - you spend more time slowly moving it.
