any recommendations for pressure washer? I recall brand where the body is blue have been recommended, something to do with the metal impeller, compared to cheaper ones like karcher where they're plastic.

Require patio cleaning attachement.

Nilfisk here! Been great for years, and still works well!

Have a worx battery powered one for small jobs, have a makita battery adapter on it so it’s handy for work !

Another vote for Nilfisk - I got mine on offer from Halfords and had some credit to use - it's been great. Only issue i've had is a cracked foam bottle, but it could have been from an impact somewhere. I've since glued it back together however.

Do you really need to buy one? Unless you're going to use it frequently - washing your car, perhaps - then it's just going to take up space most of the time. So look at hiring someone with a professional pressure washer.

I've had a Karcher 2.94m for about 15 years -ish, and apart from it seizing once. It has been fine. All I did was split it and change the oil and she lived again. I just slung in some spare 75/90 that I had in stock from the GT86 rear diff.
I'll take a guess that's something you wouldn't be able to do on a new one. In fact I have no idea how good modern Karchers are, I'll guess they're mainly plastic unless you're getting a mortgage for one.
