Prevent font installation for non admins?

Hi all,
Anyone got any clues about preventing users from installing fonts? Seems that anyone can install into their user/library/fonts folder but need to try and stop this as I need to enforce use of of only fully free / free for commercial use.
We use mobile accounts with ad authentication if that makes a difference.

Have you tried changing permissions to that directory so make it read only for the individual user? That should do it.
